RGN/RMN Staff Nurse Job in UK Nursing Home We're seeking an experienced and compassionate RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each resident.
• Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents.
• Follow all policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Manage emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift.

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• A minimum of 1‑2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
