We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail‑driven E‑Commerce Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our B2B e‑commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring smooth commercial, operational, and technical performance across our websites. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers across the full e‑commerce stack to maintain platform stability, assist with new website rollouts, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management- Oversee daily operations of our B2B e‑commerce websites, ensuring uptime, accuracy, and smooth user experience.
- Monitor website performance, product listings (working with a central product team), pricing accuracy, and content updates.
- Coordinate and track resolution of operational issues, escalating where needed to the correct team or external partner.
- Support the setup, testing, and launch of new websites or new platform features.
- Act as the primary liaison with external suppliers and technology partners across the entire e‑commerce stack, including:
- ERP/PIM/integration partners
- Ensure suppliers deliver against SLAs and operational requirements.
- Coordinate change requests, enhancements, and fixes with relevant partners.
- Assist the central product team with integrations to data sources and identify areas of smooth operation.
- Assist with updating categories and maintaining merchandising rules.
- Conduct regular site audits to check functionality, usability, and data accuracy.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features, integrations, or platform changes and the release cadence to prouction
- Log and track defects and improvements with suppliers or internal technical teams and ensure timely delivery
- Own the Release calendar and live UAT post release.
- Monitor order flow, customer activity, and system integrations to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and highlight key operational issues or trends.
- Support data accuracy between the website and back‑office systems.
- Work with sales, marketing, product, and IT teams to support business goals.
- Assist with documentation, processes, and training materials to support internal stakeholders.
- Experience in e‑commerce operations, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident coordinating multiple suppliers and managing workflows across different teams.
- Working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with PIM, ERP, and integration workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage tasks to resolution.
- Smooth daily operations with minimal site issues.
- Strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of support and enhancements.
- Effective support on new site launches and platform improvements.
- Clear communication and consistent follow‑through across teams.
