Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) – Up to £50,000 – Nursing & Dementia Care

This role is for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager ready to lead by example.
You’ll support the day-to-day clinical running of a well-established home in a truly beautiful setting.

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or equivalent senior nursing role.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, and compliance

• Support the Home Manager with the clinical and operational leadership of the service.
• Ensure high standards of nursing care, compliance, and safeguarding.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams on shift.
• Monitor audits, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a senior clinical presence for residents, families, and professionals.
• Promote a warm, homely environment that residents feel proud to call home.
