This is an excellent opportunity for a forward‑thinking pharmacist who wants to play a key role in developing pharmacy services within a supportive primary care environment.
The practice is well established and creates a collaborative, creating a positive setting for professional growth and shared learning.
The role is varied and evolving, offering flexibility, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to develop specialist interests such as long‑term condition management.
As the Clinical Pharmacist you'll work closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to improve medicines optimisation, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.
This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.
Hours can be flexible depending on your requirements.

Person Specification- GPhC-registered pharmacist
- Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable)
- CPPE pathway (desirable)
- Experience in clinical settings such as GP/PCN or hospital (desirable)
- Confident, proactive and patient‑focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NHS pension
