Salary: Full-time £24,309 per annum (FTE), Actual based on 18 hours per week - £11,826 pro rata, per annum

As the first point of contact for visitors to the centre, you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for all. Whether you're helping with membership enquiries, or supporting events and activities, you'll ensure every interaction is a positive one.

This is a varied and active role that involves a mix of customer service, administration, operational support, and hospitality - no two days will be the same!

About You

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be able to support the day-to-day running of the centre and assist with events and hospitality, including greeting and assisting customers with membership and usage enquiries. You will have good communication and team work skills with an interest of working within the leisure industry.
