• Perform and coordinate assigned aspects of the clinical monitoring process to ensure safety and efficacy of investigational products
• Conduct site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance, preparing necessary documentation
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigative sites and study vendors
• Track enrollment and study-specific status reports to ensure compliance and timely progress
• Mentor and provide training to less experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) on monitoring issues

• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant Clinical Operations experience
• Minimum of 3-4 years of monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Experience in global oncology trials
• Familiarity with industry CTMS and data management systems
• Proven ability to provide and solicit honest and actionable feedback
• Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
