The Group Sustainability function focuses on strengthening sustainability performance, improving ESG reporting processes, and supporting Business Units with customer‑facing sustainability requests. Due to the rising demand for transparent, consistent, and high‑quality sustainability information, the Group is expanding its central coordination capabilities to ensure streamlined communication and a unified approach across regions and business lines.

What

will you do?

As the Group Sustainability Customer Service Request Coordinator, you act as the central point of contact for all sustainability‑related customer requests at Group level. You play a key role in improving process efficiency, ensuring alignment of information, and supporting Business Units with accurate, timely sustainability responses.

Your responsibilities:
  • Receive, route, and coordinate group‑level sustainability inquiries from Business Unit customers.
  • Deliver clear, high‑quality responses to standard and complex sustainability questions.
  • Track, log, and analyse process performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritise incoming requests with Business Units to ensure exceptional service within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain and improve a central repository of sustainability Q&A, standard statements, and recurring responses.
  • Review and refine content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving ESG requirements.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Group‑level functions to efficiently address common and public inquiries.
  • Coordinate regular alignment moments with internal stakeholders and sustainability experts.
What do you bring:
  • Strong sustainability knowledge, including ESG frameworks, reporting requirements, and corporate sustainability practices.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
  • Experience supporting customer‑facing or customer service activities.
  • Familiarity with data management, sustainability disclosure standards, and cross‑functional coordination.
