Position: Small Animal Graduate 2026
Location: East Hagbourne

Contract:24 months, with the option to discuss a permanent role afterwards.

Bursary

Neuter clinic contribution:Up to £750
before you start.

Rota:4-day working week, with OOH and weekends introduced gradually and fully supported.

Professional fees:We cover your VDS indemnity, RCVS membership, and one relevant society (e.g., BSAVA or BVA).

Accommodation:Modern, fully furnished housing available locally via tax‑efficient salary sacrifice.

What we’re looking for

Enthusiastic graduate ready to deliver excellent care for small animals, birds, and reptiles.

Confidence in basic surgical procedures and a commitment to learning.

Great communication skills with clients and colleagues.

A full UK driving licence (you’ll work across multiple sites).

A proactive approach to CPD and teamwork.
