Role Description

Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
  • Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
  • Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits
  • Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis; shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
  • Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
  • Driving Requirement: Manual UK, a valid licence required
  • Visa Sponsor ships: Not available

What You’ll Need
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK

Jake enjoys sitting in the bedroom and listening to music. He has his own sensory swing in the garden which he likes to relax in. He has built up his courage to now go out and do swimming and long walks. He makes people laugh and giving out hugs and enjoys head rubs.

Joe is an amazing young man, he loves to chill, trampoline, going out and shopping. He loves to keep busy.

Jason is an independent man who enjoys going out shopping or for walks.
