Store Shift Lead – Murphy USA

Murphy USA is one of the largest national gasoline and convenience retailers with more than 1,700 stores in 27 states. We are looking for Shift Leads for full‑time and part‑time positions. Hiring immediately.

• Providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job‑related duties as assigned
• Assuming backup duties in the absence of management, including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (
  _courses vary by state: 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
  )
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of relatedısıyla job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have dependable transportation

Shift Lead salary range: $11.75 – $12.25 per hour
Assistant Manager salary range: $12.25 – $12.75 per hour
