Quality Control Operator

Hours:

6:45am - 7pm

• Ensure a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
• Ensure all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to.
• Follow the Quality Management System.
• Ensure products meet quality control standards.
• Knowledge and ability to run the spectrophotometer.
• Communicate with team members regarding new and existing issues during inspection.
• Perform pigment cookie tests.
• Use Microsoft Office software to write reports, present information and send email.
• Define opportunities; collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Monitor equipment and/or processes and ensure timely reporting of any unusual problems to supervisor.
• Follow company operating procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as required.
