Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Women's Services Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: February 27, 2026
Location: Dickson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit with 9 beds, 1 OB/ED bed, 4-bed NICU, and 1 OR suite
• Comprehensive Women's Services experience including labor and delivery, couplet care, and newborn/NICU care
• Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU
• Joint Commission certified facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations
• Advanced technology including CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robotics, and PCA pumps
• Documentation utilizing Meditech and CPN systems

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
• Labor and delivery experience required, including laboring and recovering mothers, and receiving and transitioning newborns
• Charge experience is required for this position
• BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
• Competency with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil), fetal monitoring, and C-sections preferred
