OBOT Nurse Practitioner for Growing Clinic

Apple Gate Recovery, a division of Bay Mark Health Services, is a multi‑site, multi‑service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation. The role is part‑time, scheduled Thursdays and Fridays 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

Dickson, TN.

Essential Roles And Responsibilities

• Knowledge of substance abuse, addiction disease, and detoxification signs and symptoms.
• Collects and records comprehensive patient histories, assessments, and plans with accuracy and systematization.
• Counsels patients to enhance understanding of limitations and abilities.
• Documents patient progress and status changes according to policies during appointments.
• Supervises and instructs patients in medication self‑administration and health education as needed.
• Knowledge of program policies and procedures.

Qualifications | Education | Certifications

• Must be licensed in the state of Tennessee.
• Six months’ experience in MAT/Addiction/Substance Abuse Treatment required.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must interact compassionately with a diverse population.
