Job Overview

Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. We are inviting a Facility Apprentice to support our maintenance operations and gain hands‑on experience as part of our four‑year apprenticeship program.

Date: Jan 13, 2026

The apprentice will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. during the day shift. Night‑shift work will be required after program completion. The role வாழcludes overtime possibilities. The apprenticeship begins on a Tech 2‑1 interim compensation level and includes a starter kit of tools. All maintenance safety training is required, and ongoing compliance is mandatory throughout the program. Apprentices will be evaluated every 90 days and, if necessary, may be returned to production or assigned to other maintenance tasks based on leadership assessment.

• Assist with daily maintenance duties under department leadership guidance.
