Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician | 7PM - 7AM|12 hour night shift |2-2-3 schedule

Location: Dickson, Tennessee

Pay Range: $35-$36/HR | Contract to Hire

What's the Job?

• Perform repair and maintenance of all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments of plant systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Respond promptly to safety and emergency calls, performing all tasks requested by management.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) exercises.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of relevant skills assessments.
• Availability for short-notice overtime, including weekends.
• Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic schematics, and ladder diagrams.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding tasks.
