• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties: measuring and recording patients' vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and performing other clinical tasks.
• Observe patients, chart changes in conditions, and take necessary actions.
• Operate or oversee X‑Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X‑Ray scans.
• Ensure imaging equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
• Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily.
• Adhere to the Company’s core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Complete all required preceptor training to onboard and train new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development to manage onboarding and training of new employees.
• Meet new employees on the first day in clinic, facilitate welcome and introductions, conduct facility tours, and provide an overview of clinic processes.
• Partner with Learning and Development and new hires to establish a training plan and review the training schedule.
• Submit weekly evaluations on trainee progress to Learning and Development, communicating concerns to operations leadership as needed.
• Complete final evaluation and Proof of Proficiency form; submit to Learning and Development on final training day.

• At least 1 year of experience as an X‑Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• Indiana residents only: requires a State License and proof of ARRT License.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Limited Scope X‑Ray Technologist License.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Full Scope X‑Ray Technologist State License compliance.
