The Health Navigator coordinates with hospital systems and other community partners to form professional relationships and reduce barriers for potential clients. The role involves engaging difficult‑to‑reach individuals and potential new members, and contacting prospective THL clients to educate them on the benefits of the service.

• Competitive pay $18.27 per hour

• Bachelor's Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Child & Family Studies or Human Development) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Experience working in the healthcare industry. Background in marketing, sales, or public relations is a plus.
