Job Description- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high‑quality patient care.
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing education for professional growth.
- Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development.
- Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
Qualifications- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Self‑Starter with the mindset to achieve growth
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise and manual‑based skills and sports rehabilitation preferred
