Toddler Teacher

Hiring a full‑time position in our toddler classroom (40 hrs per week). A versatile individual who understands and applies teaching styles that embrace developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).

• Minimum 1 year or more experience working with infant/toddler‑aged children. High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership qualities with good organization & a positive personality.
• Team‑oriented, good communication skills, and positive attitude.
• Pay range: $8.25 – $13.00 per hour, depending on experience/education.

• Caring for a classroom of children either with a co‑teacher or as a solo lead teacher.
• Providing the curriculum offered to the children in your classroom.
• Adhering to the schedule and rules set forth by the state of Tennessee and the Department of Human Services regarding childcare and regulated programs.
• Communicating most effectively among families, children, other staff, and administration.
• Keeping accurate training records, yearly and completing new requirements as needed by the state of Tennessee.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, a positive attitude, and disposition – musts.

• 4‑day work week; weekends off.
