• Lead and manage carpet cleaning projects from start to finish.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and techniques.
• Perform deep cleaning services using industry‑standard equipment and solutions.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored carpet care solutions.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Document and report job progress and customer feedback accurately.

• Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Certification in carpet cleaning preferred but not required.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
