Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2320) – On-Demand Team Member role  can work as much or as little as you like; schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate and use them.
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests with easy and accurate service.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area; stock supplies during store hours.
• Operate in a safe and compliant manner and report hazards as needed.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up, and comply with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol-related policies) as required.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed and manage cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations and related cash office tasks when needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts; you must work at least one shift within 5 months or your employment may be administratively terminated.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
