We proudly serve a diverse patient population and are seeking a skilled, compassionate NP or PA to join our expanding team and provide exceptional care to our community.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illnesses)
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications as appropriate
• Perform minor procedures, order labs, and preventive screenings
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certified: AANP/ANCC for NPs | NCCPA for PAs
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities
• Capable of working independently with sound clinical judgment

• Competitive salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
