• The Dickinson OP clinic on State Street is owned and operated by Rehab Visions
• Pay range $39 – $45 per hour
  , depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.
• Flexible $8,000 career bonus – use it for sign‑on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination
• AI‑assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time

• Assess and treat patients
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in‑services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) , Master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
