Pay: Competitive $22‑35/hour based on experience

As a Welder Fabricator – Welding Tech, you'll engage in hands‑on work, beginning with a thorough review of blueprints to prepare materials for fabrication. You will select and set up the necessary equipment, operating tools such as wire welders, plasma arcs, and cutting torches. Ensuring every weld meets our high standards, you'll follow engineered specifications and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Strong understanding of welding operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Willingness to work as needed, which may require nights and weekends
- Experience operating forklift and/or skid steer
This is a full‑time position based at our professional facility, with flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours as project timelines require.
