YES, LLC is looking for a hands-on leader with strong electrical field experience to join our growing team. If you're passionate about safety, quality work, and mentoring others, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews to complete industrial electrical projects safely and efficiently.
- Plan manpower, tools, and materials for assigned jobs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
- Assist with estimating, permitting, and invoicing as needed.
- Uphold our core values: accountability, reliability, integrity, communication, and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ND Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience.
- Strong understanding of NEC, job safety, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job-related software.
- Proven leadership experience in the field.
- PLC/Automation experience (Allen Bradley, RSLogix, Studio 5000).
- Welding/fabrication and heavy equipment experience.
- Familiarity with estimating and project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple job sites or crews.
- Lift up to 70 lbs; work in standing, overhead, and kneeling positions.
- Work in outdoor conditions including mud, snow, heat, and rain.
- Comfortable with heights, loud environments, and low light.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
