YES, LLC is looking for a hands-on leader with strong electrical field experience to join our growing team. If you're passionate about safety, quality work, and mentoring others, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews to complete industrial electrical projects safely and efficiently.
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials for assigned jobs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
• Assist with estimating, permitting, and invoicing as needed.
• Uphold our core values: accountability, reliability, integrity, communication, and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ND Journeyman Electrician License (required).
• 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC, job safety, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job-related software.
• Proven leadership experience in the field.

Preferred

• PLC/Automation experience (Allen Bradley, RSLogix, Studio 5000).
• Welding/fabrication and heavy equipment experience.
• Familiarity with estimating and project management tools.
• Experience managing multiple job sites or crews.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 70 lbs; work in standing, overhead, and kneeling positions.
• Work in outdoor conditions including mud, snow, heat, and rain.
• Comfortable with heights, loud environments, and low light.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
