The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, layout initiatives, and cycle counts accurately and timely.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and perform recovery to ensure planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide coverage during peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Varying shifts, often with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Complete training and handle contact with birds/poultry.
