Overview

As our OR Nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist in the operating room to ensure they receive excellent nursing care when they are at their most vulnerable.

• Assist surgeon and surgical team in the operating room
• Care for patients before, during, and after procedures
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for surgical patients
• Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients

We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN), required upon hire.

• Registered Nurse:
  North Dakota (RN:
  
  ND), required upon hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR), required upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Within 90 Days of Start.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Within 90 Days of Start.
