Compensation & BenefitsIndependent Contractor 1099:$220/hr
8-hour shifts/16-hour call
26 weeks off per year
$15,000 relocation assistance
$50,000 forgivable loan (Resident Stipend: $1,000/month)
Paid professional liability insurance

Setting:
Full-scope CRNA practice at a 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed ICUSchedule: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, full-time, 40 hrs/week, call 1:5
Case Mix: 50% Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye Procedures
Procedures:
Blocks, Lumbar Punctures, and Intubations requiredIndependent Work:

Current Registered Nurses License
Current CRNA Certification
Ability to perform blocks
ND Medical License or ability to obtain
BLS/ACLS Certifications required
