$19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

As a Full‑Time LPN, you’ll be a key part of our nursing team, providing hands‑on care and supporting wellness programs that enhance the lives of our residents. You’ll work closely with RNs, fellow nursing staff, and residents’ families to ensure high‑quality, compassionate care.

$2,000 paid out at quarterly intervals over the first year. Must be in good standing during the quarter with attendance and performance.

• Lead with Compassion:
  Engage with residents daily, offering care, support, and meaningful interactions.
• Care Planning:
  Review and update individualized care plans to meet resident needs and comply with state regulations.
• Medication Management:
  Safely oversee medication setup, administration, and documentation.
• Support & Supervision:
  Assist RNs in supervising nursing staff and evaluating performance.
• Wellness Programs:
  Implement and manage programs that promote health, prevention, and quality of life.
• Resident Assessment & Admissions:
  Help assess new residents and coordinate their care during the admission process.
• Staff Training:
  Orient and educate staff on wellness procedures, policies, and in‑service training sessions.
• Risk & Emergency Management:
  Identify at‑risk residents, develop risk management plans, and respond to emergencies.
• Communication:
  Maintain clear, professional communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.

• License:
  Valid LPN license in North Dakota.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year working with seniors, including knowledge of age‑related health factors.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, terminology, and side effects; excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Qualities:
  Integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and a compassionate approach to care.
