Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and others, initiating a plan of care.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promote patient independence by establishing care goals; teaching patients, friends, and family about condition, medications, and self‑care skills; answering questions.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against goals; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

• Associate of Nursing
• Registered Nurse – ND, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 12 months
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 12 months

• Bachelor of Nursing
• 1‑3 years ED Nursing Experience
• Advanced Burn Life Support, upon hire
