• Review detailed schematics and work orders
• Gather essential materials such as wires and connectors
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires to exact specifications
• Route and bundle cables harnesses
• Ensure each connection adheres to strict aerospace standards
• Perform regular quality checks, including continuity testing and visual inspections
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve challenges

• Read and follow intricate production processes and instructions
• Lift production kits and wire bundles efficiently
• Proficiency in cutting, stripping, crimping, and assembling using hand and pneumatic tools
• Solid understanding of safety protocols, personal protective equipment, and hazardous material handling
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
