FIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR
- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed.

- RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot?:
Neonatal vent- CPAP, Bipap, high flow
- EFM System OB Trace Vue
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 7-7 // block scheduling

Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients

This is a rural hospital, distance from NICU >1 hour away, limited services. Attributes that help a nurse be successful in this unit team work, provider consistency, knowledge, independence, good communication. Surgery is in charge of the C section, we just circulate for the baby.

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
