As a Residential Technician, you’ll be a key part of our residents’ recovery experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
• Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
• Assisting residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Providing transportation to appointments and community outings
  
  Offering encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options:

• Full-Time: Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 AM, 32 hours/week)
• PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month

Who We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training onsite)
• Willingness and ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
• One year of work experience in a human services or treatment‑related setting (preferred)
• Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug‑free workplace policy, including pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening
