** Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a successful, well established practice.  
• Join a group of 15 primary care, 5 pediatric, and 3 OB/GYN providers  
• Same Day Surgery Center with visiting orthopedic surgeons  
• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with optional call and half a day of administrative time  
• Site includes infusion center, lab/radiology, Mobile MRI, and CT Scanner  
• Visiting specialties include:

** Job Description
** Family Medicine Core Privileges includes the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnose, treat and provide consultation to patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness, diseases, injuries, mental health conditions and functional disorders of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, integumentary, nervous, female reproductive, and genitourinary systems. This includes the pre-operative care of surgical patients and post-operative medical care of surgical patients and return to work issues.
** Qualifications
* * M.D. or D.O. degree.
Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways and should be reflective of the privileges being requested:

An applicant who has just completed residency shall provide their residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations, as applicable.

ORAn applicant who is not applying directly out of a residency shall provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where he/she currently has privileges showing his/her clinical activity for the last 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications. Applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Family Medicine by providing case log that includes 25 vaginal deliveries, 50 adult medical patients, and 10 inpatient care of children under the age of 18 (excluding normal newborn), as applicable to privileges being requested, in the…
