St. Alexius Health Dickinson is looking for a Pediatric locum to work 24hr call 7 days per month RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation 140 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 2400 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 3600 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back 280 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Holiday Call Back 420 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Schedule/Availability Requirements:11/217a-11/287a12/177a-12/237aPlus ongoing coverage in 2026 Facility

Duties

Required:

Attend vaginal deliveries if requested Attend all scheduled and emergent C-Sections admit/discharge newborns admit/care for pediatric patients circumcisions Days per month:7 days per month

Required Procedures:
Circumcisions newborn resuscitation/ intubations/UVC lumbar punctures EMR:

Meditech Support Staff:
Nursing team. Level II nursery nurses anesthesia ob/gyns Respiratory Therapists local pediatricians to consult with NICU located in Bismarck 90 miles with consulting physicians. Reason for Coverage:

CHI history? CHI St. Alexius Dickinson collaborates with Sanford Health Dickinson for pediatric care. Our Peds on Call consists of both Sanford Health and CHI pediatricians. Working relationship with both entities is great. We have a level two nursery. Do not deliver patients less than 36 weeks if possible. Nearest transfer center is Bismarck ND- CHI St. Alexius Bismarck or Sanford Health Bismarck.
