"Safely and efficiently support the Lead Foreman by ensuring materials are prepped, the job site is organized, and tasks are executed accurately, allowing the crew to meet construction timelines without sacrificing quality."

• Preparing construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Loading and unloading construction materials (lumber, metal sheeting, tools).
• Assisting carpenters and foremen with framing, siding, and roofing tasks.
• Operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, tape measures) safely.
• Working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, and roofs) with proper safety gear.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site at the end of every shift.

• Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to the shop/job site in Dickinson every day.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50-80 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work in North Dakota weather conditions (hot summers and cold winters).
• Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a good attitude.
• Valid Driver's License required.
