What You Will Be Doing- Preparing construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Loading and unloading construction materials (lumber, metal sheeting, tools).
- Assisting carpenters and foremen with framing, siding, and roofing tasks.
- Operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, tape measures) safely.
- Working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, and roofs) with proper safety gear.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site at the end of every shift.
- Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to the shop/job site in Dickinson every day.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50-80 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work in North Dakota weather conditions (hot summers and cold winters).
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a good attitude.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $14 - $24/hour
