About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you will set the tone for every interaction and play a keep part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries by phone or email.
  • Accept and sign for packages and deliver to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain and update weekly reports for management
  • Maintain and update job tracking system
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain the visitor log, manage the gate for deliveries and notifying personnel
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times
  • Manage the kitchen area, wiping down counters, doing dishes, making coffee, etc.
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, copying and ordering office supplies
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks, as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to develop and maintain strong work relations with team
  • Must have effective communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with formulas, pivot tables and data formatting is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with time tracking system, such as QB Time.
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screening, participate in the random testing pool and remain drug & alcohol free throughout employment
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check and background check
  • Arrange for reliable transportation to and from work

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position may require occasional evening work as job duties demand.

Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist experience, preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
