Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Driving Safety Instructor to leadsafetyremediation efforts, training, policy development, and culture-building initiatives related to driver safety. This role requires proven expertise in driver coaching, defensivedrivingprinciples, risk mitigation, and the ability to influence behavior at all organization levels.
- Conduct driversafetyevaluations and remediation training
- Develop and implementsafetypolicies and SOPs
- Partner with leadership to reinforcesafetypractices
- Track and analyzesafetyincidents and trends for continuous improvement
- Serve as aSafety
Ambassador at all locations
- Experience as adrivinginstructororsafetytrainer
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Background in defensivedrivingand risk mitigation
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fleet or transportationsafetybackground
- Experience with incident remediation
