About the Role

We’re a small software solutions company looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive to help us expand our business reach and develop new customers
.

This role is focused on new acquisition — identifying opportunities, opening doors, and closing deals for custom software development, third-party integrations, and MIS support services.

If you enjoy building relationships, selling consultative solutions, and working closely with technical teams in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → close

  • Work with internal technical teams to shape solution-based proposals

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and presentations

  • Help refine sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approach

  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon new-business revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles

  • Experience selling software services, technology solutions, or IT services (custom dev, integrations, consulting, etc.)

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing leads

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small-team environment

  • Familiarity with longer, consultative sales cycles is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000

  • Commission: Uncapped, with accelerators

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $140,000+

  • Commission paid on closed business; strong performers have no earning ceiling
