• Troubleshoot daily operational system issues, define root cause, and deliver temporary/permanent solutions.
• Work with business to gather requirements, document design, configure, and test applications to deliver and support business needs.
• Analyze the supply chain process to identify opportunities for process and system improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
• Organize and run meetings with cross‑functional teams to identify supply chain opportunities and system needs.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, issues, and risks.
• Train super users and end users on new functionality and process changes.
• Plan, track, and deliver tasks and timelines.
• Provide 24/7 scheduled support during off hours.
• Write use cases, business rules, swim lane diagrams, and activity flow diagrams to represent business processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end project management throughout the project lifecycle, including administration, configuration, testing, training, implementation, support, and change management.

• 4–6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud.
• 4–6 years of experience managing projects.
• Business analysis experience and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into use case models and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud functional/technical roles is preferred.
