Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Recruiter to support our executive search and professional recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for a person who is eager to learn the executive search process while managing the full hiring lifecycle for assigned roles. The Recruiter will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Leaders to deliver high-quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer facilitation, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, Linked In, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Engage passive candidates through outreach and relationship-building techniques.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and motivation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding status, next steps, and feedback.
- Assist with offer preparation, extensions, and salary negotiations in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Ensure smooth offer acceptance and handoff through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics.
- Support compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Meet or exceed hiring goals by delivering qualified candidates.
- Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining high-quality placements.
- Contribute to employer branding and positive market reputation.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines to support long-term client needs.
- Exposure to executive search and high-impact recruiting engagements.
