Sr. HRIS Analyst – Niagara Bottling
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HRIS Analyst to lead and support integration development projects and day‑to‑day administration of our HRIS system (Workday) across all HR functions. The role provides broad exposure to developing and implementing new integrations and expanding functionality within existing integrations across all of our Workday SKUs including HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Payroll/Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of interfaces from primary HR systems, coordinating requirements gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test strategy, scheduling, and development.
- Serve as an advanced subject matter expert for data transfer feeds such as EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio Integrations, Orchestrations, and RaaS Reports.
- Collaborate with HR partners and team members to troubleshoot, research, and elevate issues as necessary.
- Facilitate the development of Workday Extend applications for customized business use cases and maintain existing applications using REST and SOAP API expertise.
- Monitor and investigate system integration issues (data, performance, scheduling, and file transmissions), coordinating resolution with IT support teams, vendors, and business teams.
- Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to leaders with justification, impact and data.
- Day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of Workday, Kronos and any other HR‑related technology systems.
- Work directly with HR communities, technical staff, and project teams to identify, analyze, design, test and implement new or improved systems and associated procedures.
- Lead system updates/upgrades, working with vendors (if applicable) to test changes and ensure systems and processes work as designed.
- Communicate system and process changes to HR partners across the organization.
- Coordinate with the Training & Development team to create and conduct training for business super users and trainers on HRIS applications, including features and procedures.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience managing core HRIS technology.
- 4 years of experience in systems implementation and integration.
- Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience managing core HRIS, applicant tracking, time and attendance systems.
- 6 years of experience working in HR functional systems for payroll, benefits, recruiting, etc.
- 6 years of experience leading technology implementations.
- Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
