We are looking for a Senior Accountant for a global LED manufacturing company. This is a high-visibility, hands‑on individual contributor role offering exposure to multinational operations and U.S. IPO readiness initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong accountant who enjoys execution, problem‑solving, and working closely within SAP in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and perform variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Perform cost accounting activities
, including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis - Serve as a power user of SAP ERP (FI/CO) to ensure data integrity and accurate financial reporting
- Support SOX compliance initiatives and external audit requests
- Coordinate intercompany transactions with international subsidiaries
- Communicate effectively with Asia‑based headquarters in both English and Mandarin
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within electronics or automotive manufacturing
- Advanced, hands‑on SAP ERP experience (
S4 HANA is a plus!) - Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experienced in Cost Accounting in a manufacturing industry
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
- Experience working in multinational environments strongly preferred
- High-impact individual contributor role with global exposure
- Stable and growing manufacturing organization
