Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for CNC Operators (VTL/VMC/HMC) and Supervisors of the CNC shopfloor, located in New Delhi. The role involves operating and maintaining CNC equipment, setting up machinery, monitoring machining processes, and ensuring proper quality control protocols are followed.
Supervisors will oversee the operations of the shopfloor, manage teams, and ensure timely completion of production goals. Candidates are expected to keep the machinery in optimal condition and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Machine Operation, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTL, VMC, and HMC equipment.
Knowledge of Machining and Milling processes to ensure precision and efficiency in operations.

Experience with Quality Control processes to maintain product standards and identify defects.
Proficiency in operating various types of advanced Machinery and adhering to safety practices.
Strong organizational and leadership skills for supervising and training teams (for supervisors).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Experience in managing production schedules and timelines is a plus.
A certificate, diploma, or degree in mechanical engineering, machining, or equivalent field is preferred.
