About the Role

Poundland & Dealz operates across the UK and Ireland with 900 stores, serving seven million customers daily. We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team. The role is part of our store management group, providing day‑to‑day support to Store and Assistant Managers, overseeing store processes, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Compensation & Working Conditions

Salary: £12.71 per hour + benefits
Contract: Part Time
Working Pattern: Permanent
Hours per week: 16.0
Hours are flexible and you may be required to work shifts.
