Experienced Practice Nurse

Calder view Surgery are looking for an enthusiastic independent motivated Registered Nurse to join our team, Main duties of the role will incluide but a re not limited to

• Undertaking adult & child immunisation programmes including cervical screening
• To lead and support on chronic disease management
• To provide general health promotion
• To perform cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (BLS) and use of the automated defibrillator following training, according to the current UK Resuscitation Council guidelines
• To participate in developments within the practice / network and support QOF / DES requirements

You will be an experienced practice nurse who is comfortable working independently but under the leadership of our team supporting all aspects of nursing care and improving the lives of the patients we serve

Calder view is a practice of 6000 patients in Dewsbury. We are a strong supportive team who strive to provide the best care for our patients. We are familiar with having students in practice and regularly take student nurses from local universities for placement
