A regional healthcare provider in Dewsbury seeks a Peer Support Supervisor to lead peer support initiatives in the Perinatal Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will have lived experience of recovery from mental health challenges and significant interpersonal skills. This role includes supervising Peer Support Workers, leading projects, and building community partnerships. Candidates must have an NVQ level 3 in business administration and be able to work flexibly, as hours may extend beyond standard times.
