Salary: £23.00 per hour
Contract: 2-Month Assignment | Full Time / Part Time
What you will do- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery services.
- Support service users throughout their recovery journey, from initial engagement to ongoing treatment.
- Carry out screening, assessments, recovery planning, and manage onward referrals.
- Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community.
- Promote involvement of carers, service users, and community networks in recovery planning.
- Provide advocacy, supporting access to partnership and support services.
- Encourage reintegration into society, promoting resilience, peer support, recovery, and self-determination.
- DBS registered on the Update Service.
