• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery services.
• Support service users throughout their recovery journey, from initial engagement to ongoing treatment.
• Carry out screening, assessments, recovery planning, and manage onward referrals.
• Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community.
• Promote involvement of carers, service users, and community networks in recovery planning.
• Provide advocacy, supporting access to partnership and support services.
• Encourage reintegration into society, promoting resilience, peer support, recovery, and self-determination.
• DBS registered on the Update Service.
