Position: Bridge Manager (Temporary)

Salary Grade: F Points 14 to 19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £24,866.13.

Bridge Manager – Temporary Full Time – January 2026

Manor Croft Academy is seeking to appoint a Bridge Manager to cover maternity leave on a full-time temporary basis starting January 2026.

Your new role

As the person overseeing both Bridge and PLC, you will work as part of the Deep Support team to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning by supporting and leading the Bridge and PLC facilities within the academy.
