Qualifications

Required:

QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children’s home

We are seeking an Experienced Registered Manager to lead our newly established Children and Young People Assessment Home. You will:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children’s home
  .
• Hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent.
• Have experience collaborating with clinical professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
• Be skilled in multidisciplinary meetings and managing emergency placements
  .
• Be passionate about ensuring young people have equal opportunities and the support needed to shape their own bright futures.
